Theodore loves to watch the sunrise with his good friend Emily. But today, Emily was all the way across the ocean, on a big job. "I miss Emily," he said softly. He decided to go and visit Barrington Barge. Barrington always cheered him up.

Theodore was just setting off when he saw a great big ship he had never seen before. Theodore always likes to welcome new ships. "Should I welcome the new ship," he thought to himself, "Or visit Barrington?"
